JoAn Fuller

JoAn Fuller was a Harvey Girl at La Posada in the late 1940s in Winslow, AZ.  In this interview, she explains how La Posada received  both ATSF railroad and Route 66 automobile travelers.  She reminisces about working Indian Ceremonial in Gallup, and about how she met her husband Lynn at the Roller Rink in Winslow.   Lynn was a mining engineer working for Operation Haystack, and so after they married, they lived in a boxcar in Prewitt, NM that was situated between the railroad tracks and Route 66.
